STUDIO POESIS
Digital immersive art streaming platform for hospital rooms

Working on the case with Studio Poesis, the focus was on the mental and physical well-being of patients across Jylland hospitals. The challenge is to conceptualize and prototype a new streaming platform by the use of digital immersive art that can be further implemented in hospital rooms. Additionally, the platform should allow control of the digital art for both the patients and administration employees.

Problem statement
How can Studio Poesis create a streaming platform incorporating digital immersive art to influence a positive reaction by creating a unique audio-visual art visualization that calms, relaxes, and improves the mental and physical well-being of hospital patients? How the platform can be implemented and controlled by both patients and hospital employees?

Methods and theories used to answer the problem statement:
-
Desk research
-
Interviews
-
Empathy map
-
Customer journey map

Interactive prototype

By the use of the user-centered design model Double Diamond, several methods came into practice and a sitemap of the solution has been created. The technical features of the solution were the following- 180-degree experience, customizable content, varicosity of choices, and dynamic visualization. To present the features, the interactive prototype was created in Figma, where the team was able to collaborate in real-me.
