Strategic Engagement Blitz: Crafting an Epic Season Launch for World of Tanks: Modern Armor

Embark on my journey as a UX/UI designer collaborating with the CRM team for the Publishing unit of World of Tanks: Modern Armor. In this exciting sprint project, I took the helm in preparing for the upcoming game season by devising a comprehensive communication plan aimed at achieving three crucial goals:

Goals:

A. Bring back lapsed players;
B. Hype active players for the new season;
C. Monetize players through Ultimate Pass purchases;

Crafting the plan involved meticulous consideration of audience segments, including language, region, game activity, and spending behavior. The plan, presented in the form of a detailed diagram/flowchart, strategically encompasses teasing the season, the grand launch, and post-launch campaigns, ensuring a holistic user experience journey across diverse channels.

In the design phase, I showcased my prowess by creating two distinct layouts for different channels. Witness the allure of a captivating email template and an enticing game promo screen, each designed with a player-focused approach while adhering to the brand's unique style. Delve further into personalization as I present two versions of each layout tailored for different audience segments – one for inactive players and another tailored to the active player base.

This project is a testament to my ability to seamlessly blend modern design trends with specific campaign goals, resulting in an immersive and unforgettable experience for World of Tanks: Modern Armor players.
